INSANITY
Might just be the hardest fitness program ever put on DVD and now brought to your gym. Your certified Insanity instructor will push you past your limits with their intensity and the support of 10 INSANITY workouts discs playing on the big screen. Work outs packed with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. Just the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had.
BOOT CAMP

This adrenaline pumping cardio and strength session incorporates plyometrics coupled with high volume resistance training boosting metabolism, endurance, and overall fitness. It’s the perfect combination of extreme heart pumping cardio and pure strength training to challenge any fitness level.

SPIN
Participants of the Cycle class will enjoy an athletic and authentic cycling ride. With high energy music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the hazards of a street ride! You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time trials. Get ready to sweat! We bring the workout. You bring a towel and water bottle.
PILATES
A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination, the focus of this Pilates class will be on traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Fitness and Pilates unite in this contemporary toning gym workout.
YOGA
Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of wellbeing, this Yoga workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The Yoga class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
SILVER SNEAKERS
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living of seniors. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
